BUYING A CAR
Get your title and plates right over the counter!
If you are buying a car, we will check the Motor Vehicle Service system to make sure:
- You have the most recent title.
- There are no existing or hidden liens.
- The title is properly signed off. Many states, including Arizona, require a notary.
- If the vehicle is in need of an emissions test. See the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.
- You have car insurance. We can run an insurance quote with 20 different companies and get the right policy to fit your needs. If you purchase a policy with us we will notify the state that you are legally insured.
SELLING A CAR
If you are selling a car, we will check the Motor Vehicle Service system to make sure:
- You have the most recent title.
- You have posted a sold notice with the Motor Vehicle Service system. If not, we can notify the Motor Vehicle Service system for you.
- The title is notarized. If not, we will notarize the title for FREE and properly assign the title to the new owner.
